A Refined Take on 24 Metres: Ferretti Yachts 800

Unveiled at boot Düsseldorf, the Ferretti Yachts 800 is the newest project in Ferretti Group’s evolving range. Measuring 24.47 metres, the yacht marks the eighth generation of renewal efforts that began in 2018. Construction is already underway at the brand’s Cattolica facility in Italy.

A collaboration between Piero Ferrari’s Product Strategy Committee and the Ferretti Engineering Department, the yacht is the result of shared expertise in both design and performance. Crafted with balance in mind, it aims to offer a smooth blend of innovation and timeless style.

The exterior profile, drawn by architect Filippo Salvetti, is defined by a modern, sporty look. Skipping the classic design style, the flybridge lowers toward the back, giving the yacht a more dynamic look.

Inside, IdeaeItalia has developed two interior design options. Owners can choose between a soft, coastal-inspired palette with light woods or a warmer, earth-toned concept. The salon is filled with daylight, thanks to the large windows lining the space, creating an open and relaxed atmosphere.

With privacy in mind, the main deck layout separates crew and guest movement. The galley has dual access points — one connecting to the hallway, the other to the helm — making daily operations smooth and unobtrusive.
The dining area seats eight and is filled with natural light. Right next to it, the galley sits behind a sliding wall, so it can stay open or be closed off when more privacy is needed.

Guest accommodation is found below deck, offering space for eight guests across four ensuite cabins. This includes a spacious master suite, a VIP forward, and two guest rooms. Separate crew quarters for six are arranged in three cabins to ensure efficient service and privacy.

The 15-square-metre cockpit sits just above and features a glass railing that opens up the view to the sea and the beach area below. Direct access to the crew quarters is available through a side walkway, keeping movement discreet. Beneath the cockpit, the 7-square-metre beach club includes a fold-down transom sofa, creating a relaxing space right by the water.

A C-shaped sofa and sunbed are placed on the bow, creating a peaceful outdoor corner for guests. Meanwhile, the flybridge spans 40 square metres, featuring a dining table and a bar to port, making it a perfect space for socialising or relaxing outdoors.

The Ferretti 800 comes with two 1,550 hp MAN engines as standard, allowing it to reach a top speed of 27 knots and cruise comfortably at 15 knots. For more power, there's an option to upgrade to 1,800 hp engines, which boost the top speed to 31 knots and cruising speed to 27 knots.

Balancing design, comfort, and speed, the Ferretti Yachts 800 brings a fresh approach to the 24-metre category — with well-considered details and smooth flow.
