First NL Plus 52 Yacht Sold by Mengi Yay

A new 52.6-metre superyacht project is taking shape in Istanbul, marking the first sale of the NL Plus 52 series by Mengi Yay. Known as NB114, she is currently under construction and is scheduled for delivery in 2027.

Designed by Nuvolari Lenard, NB114 prioritises open deck areas and a strong connection to the sea. Highlights include a beach club with a sea-level pool, a spa and gym area, a flexible foredeck cinema space and an expansive sundeck with a spa pool and fire pit.

The interior features soft neutral colours, natural wood finishes and plenty of natural light, creating a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.

She accommodates up to 10 guests, with a full-beam owner’s suite featuring a private balcony, along with four additional guest cabins. Crew quarters are arranged for eight.

Naval architecture is by Van Oossanen. NB114 is built under 500 gross tonnes and complies with RINA standards.
